how my understanding of customer service has changed through my experience of taking the Service Excellence/Essentials Program,

 before my experience i barely had an idea of what was customer service but even tho i knew i had no interesting in working in that specific area because i didn't knew the opportunities of growing as a person and character development, because i thought that customer service was just being waiter or taking orders and complains from angry customer, but now with this experience i realize that this can actually make a great difference in peoples life and also for me its a pleasure to make people happy, i discovered trough this whole course and it really helped me a lot to know myself and gave me orientation for what way i want to take in the future. this area provide many interesting branches in which i want to keep discovering and progressing in this hospitality area.
