moments of truth
Introduction and background

my pick it was: Cannabis culture Vancouver B.C.
MY EXPERIENCE...
<ZMOT: when arrived to Vancouver i had no idea that this place existed until one of my good friends told me about it so i found interesting to try.
ZMOT: when i had free spare time i had the desire to go by myself and live the cannabis culture experience so i looked up the store location.
FMOT: when i arrived to the place, i was welcomed into the lounge, so i looked all around and liked the place so i paid my 5 dollar entrance and i stayed there.
SMOT: i experienced the service, purchased merchandise, played video games, dabs, and i really had a great time.
UMOT: it was one of my first good experiences in Vancouver so i shared this info with my fellas.
MY ANALYSIS IS...
-Since the moment i went inside i was welcomed and goo treated, then i looked around the place and it look to be nice and clean, also i really enjoyed the environment people was building inside that place, then after been greeted, the employee took us to a sofa lounge with video games, and overall they were really good to me and asked me if i needed something else or if I'm okay or what can they do so ill feel more comfortable, positive experience.
IMPROVEMENTS?...
one thing i can say that could be a improvement for them its for them to have an uniform or something to recognize employee from customer, also they only take Canadian debit and no tap pay.
